The latest offering in the Eldorado Master-Planned Community is Living SmartHomes Eldorado Ridge. The square footage of the floor plans range in size from 1849 to 3001 square feet. The one and two story plans include great rooms and bonus rooms. The number of bedrooms is from 3 to 7. There is an outdoor room option as well. That is 306 more than last year which is a 23% increase. Starting this month we expect the number of solds to jump to over 500 during the next couple of months.
